Secured Payments
We accept credit card, debit card, and bank account payments via PayPal, which is a fast, easy, and secure method for conducting online transactions. If you are shopping from abroad, PayPal also welcomes the following currencies: CAD, JPY, GBP, EUR, and AUD.

State Tax
A 4.5% Hawaii state excise tax will be applied to all purchases.

Shipping Information
Once your order has been received, please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing and 3 - 5 business days for shipping via USPS Priority Mail®. Estimated shipping times apply to shipments within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates start at $4.75 and we ship via the United States Postal Service

We will gladly combine multiple item orders and determine the most cost-effective shipping method for you. Please note that shipments will be made to one address per order.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Within 7 days of delivery, you may return or exchange any item purchased from frankdelima.com with the following conditions:

(1) CDs and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging.
(2) All other products must be new and in original packaging.
(3) The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees.
(4) Refunds will be issued in the original payment form for the purchase price.
